Blossom Market Rules and Guidelines
General Rules
-
I understand that this is a juried event and my participation is subject to approval by the festival committee.
-
Past participation does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are reviewed annually.
-
I will be notified of my approval status by May 1, 2027, or shortly after submission if applied after the initial deadline, via email.
-
If I am not approved, my vendor fee will be refunded in full minus card processing fees.
-
I understand that any food or drink sales or handouts are prohibited in the Blossom Market area, unless they are samples of pre-packaged items being sold (i.e., freeze-dried candies or baked goods). All beverages are to be sold by the Magnolia Blossom Festival or Food Vendor.
-
I agree not to force handouts on any festival goer and will stay within 2 feet of the front of my booth unless leaving the booth for personal reasons.
-
Absolutely no items containing the Confederate flag.
-
Political signs, flags, banners, and campaign materials may only be displayed by approved political party, candidate, or campaign organization vendors.
-
You are not guaranteed the same spot you got in the past. If there is someone you would like to be placed next to, please let us know as soon as possible.
Booth Requirements
-
I must include photographs of all items I plan to sell. Incomplete submissions will result in denial, even if you have been a vendor before.
-
My booth will reflect only the approved product types submitted in my application.
-
I am responsible for bringing my own tables, chairs, tents, cords, and other materials needed for my booth.
-
Booths must stay within your space; no tents with overhangs are allowed.
Electricity
-
I must specify that I will need electricity and have included the $10 fee.
-
I must specify voltage requirements (10/20/30 amp).
-
Requests beyond the listed options require prior approval by calling the Chamber.
-
I understand that the Magnolia Blossom Festival will not provide extension cords, fans, or other electrical apparatuses.
The following may not be sold at any booth:
-
Items containing the Confederate flag
-
Food made on-site (cotton candy is our only exception)
-

Deadlines & Refunds
-

-

-
Please note: refunds issued back to a credit card will be processed minus any credit card transaction fees.

-
I release the Magnolia Blossom Festival, the City of Magnolia, and the Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce from any liability for accidents, damages, or theft of my property before or during the event.
