This form is for commercial vendors, including large businesses such as roofing companies, insurance providers, window suppliers, orthodontics, and similar enterprises, that are not selling products, but reaching out to prospective clients or customers.

Liability & Conduct

I release the Magnolia Blossom Festival, the City of Magnolia, and the Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce from any liability for accidents, damages, or theft of my property before or during the event.
I understand the festival reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at any time if guidelines are not followed.
I understand that the Magnolia Blossom Festival and the Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce have the right to use any photographs taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and related purposes.
